Herbal cacao tea is made from the roasted husks and nibs of theobroma cacao beans. Theobroma cacao, meaning "food of the gods", is rich in antioxidants & serotonin boosting theobromine, an alkaloid similar to, but less intense than, caffeine.
This tea has a chocolatey aroma and earthy flavor. Adding sugar or other sweeteners will bring out the chocolate flavor, while keeping it black will maintain its earthiness.
