Truffle Making Classes

Sweeten up your Valentine's Day celebration at Atlanta's only chocolate factory! Join us to learn about cacao & chocolate making and create your very own hand-rolled chocolate truffles.
- Get to know the amazing plant that gives us chocolate: Theobroma cacao!
- Learn about the art of chocolate making and how we transform raw cacao into chocolate bars, provisions, and confections.
- Guests will enjoy a guided tasting of two single origin chocolates, a bonbon, and a truffle to explore the distinctions between different origins and forms of our chocolate. (You’ll be pros in the terminology by the time you leave!)
- Our team will teach you the basics to be your own chocolatier! Each attendee will make 8 chocolate truffles, hand-rolled and topped in a variety of available toppings, from rose sugar to roasted almonds.
This event lasts for 75 minutes, and takes place in our chocolate factory tasting room (448 Ralph D Abernathy Blvd, #5, Atlanta, 30312).
Chocolate Tastings
Saturdays & Sundays: 2pm & 4pm
Join us in our tasting room for an afternoon or evening of chocolate, hosted by one of our knowledgeable tasting guides!
- Get to know the amazing plant that gives us chocolate: Theobroma cacao.
- Enjoy a guided tasting of our single-origin dark chocolate collection to experience unique regional expressions of cacao around the world.
- Learn how small farmers grow, process and trade the cacao that becomes our chocolate.
- Experience all things cacao with your senses, from the sweet-tart fruit all the way to chocolate confections.
- See each stage of the chocolate making process, from bean to bar!
