Refund policy

We want you to love your chocolate. If something goes wrong, whether your order melts in transit, arrives damaged, or you’re simply not happy with it, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your shipment at orders@xocolatlchocolate.com. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. We may request photos of damaged or melted items so we can improve our shipping and quality controls.

While we strive to be generous and fair, we reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse of this policy.
