Shipping & Pickup FAQ
When will my order ship?
Whenever possible, we will ship orders the same or next shipping day. However, there may be delays of 1-2 business days longer during periods of high order volume (like the holidays.) Our shipping days are Monday-Wednesday during warmer months, and Monday-Friday during cooler months.
During warmer months, we ship with insulation and ice. During this part of the year we also only ship Monday-Wednesday—this helps ensure that your chocolate isn't held in a hot shipping warehouse or truck over the weekend. If you need your order to be rushed, please select two-day or overnight shipping during check out.
During the cooler months, orders placed on Monday-Friday usually ship either same-day or on the following business day. Orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend usually ship on the next business day.
Do you ship with ice?
During the warm months or when shipping to warm destinations, we always ship with insulation and/or ice to prevent melting during transit.
If it is very warm where you live, we suggest keeping a close eye on your tracking page to see when your chocolate is delivered, to prevent your chocolate from waiting in a hot mailbox for an extended period of time.
Pickup OrdersI placed an order for pickup, but haven't received an order-ready email yet. Can I still come pick up my chocolate?
Pickup hours are from 11am-6pm Monday-Friday, and from 12-4pm on Sunday. If your order was placed on one of these days and you still haven't received an order-ready email, please feel free to call us at 404-333-8562 to check on its status. Your order-ready email contains important information about the pickup process, so we suggest waiting for your order-ready email before picking up.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
Our local/curbside pickup location is Studioplex Lofts at 659 Auburn Avenue NE (just 1 block from Krog Street Market.) You are welcome to pull up anywhere along the circle in front of Studioplex to wait for a member of our team to bring down your order to you. When you arrive at Studioplex, please call 404-333-8562 and a team member will meet you with your order.
Can I have someone else pick up my order for me?
Absolutely! Your pickup person will just need to tell us the name the order was placed under when they come to pick up.
