Choose between:

Peru 70% Flavor Profile: dark jammy fruits, baking spices. Medium acidity, long finish.

Nicaragua 72% Flavor Profile: traditional cocoa with hints of dried dates, purple flowers. Low acidity, medium astringency.



Each 8-ounce slab is made of just two ingredients--cacao and organic cane sugar--and is wrapped in white butcher paper.
