This bar originated as a collaboration with Chef Joey Ward of Michelin-recommended Atlanta restaurants, Georgia Boy & Southern Belle, intended as a limited edition bar named Georgia Boy. It worked its magic and quickly became the most popular bar on our shelves, so we’ve brought it into our year-round lineup as Cookies & Caramel. This cacao is grown in East Africa's only lowland tropical rainforest in the far west of Uganda by small farmers, more than half of whom are women, and is purchased through Latitude Trade Co, a social enterprise dedicated to improving farmers' livelihoods.
