Our chocolate subscriptions come in 2 sizes: Small Box and Large Box. They also come in 2 different payment options: recurring monthly (on-going until you cancel), or as a one-time payment for a whole 3, 6 or 12 months (to eliminate on-going charges).

WHAT IT IS: 

Every month, we will ship to you (or your intended recipient) a box of chocolate. Each box will include:

  • A 15-piece box of Xocolatl Chocolate Bonbons, containing 3 each of 5 different bonbon flavors--if you take a daily dose of chocolate, this 15-piece box will carry you through half a month! We will seasonally select the bonbon flavors each month so that no two months are ever the same.
  • An ever-changing Xocolatl Chocolate Bar--we'll curate the flavor or origin each month for delightfully unexpected variety.
  • A single serving size portion of a chocolate surprise from our Confections or Pantry categories to introduce you to fun, new chocolate-related items.
  • A piece of curiously interesting information about the cacao origins you'll be tasting in that month's box, facts about the plant, theobroma cacao, or how we make craft chocolate, or a fun chocolatey recipe to give a whirl.

Each month, we will vary the chocolate bonbon and bar flavors for maximum joy and novelty. In addition to receiving new seasonal flavors, our subscribers will also be the very first to try new recipes and limited releases through this subscription box. Subscribers may also be the only folks who get to try micro-batches of chocolate bars when we begin tinkering with new cacao bean origins.

This subscription is $60/month, which works out to spending $2.00 per day on small batch, locally made, bean-to-bar craft chocolate. Whether the items in each month's box stretch out for an entire month, or whether they're gone shortly after the box is opened, we're sure you'll be looking forward to the next month's delivery, full of craft chocolate surprise. 

The cost of shipping is included in the price.

HOW IT WORKS:

Don't we all hate subscriptions with lots of tiny print, an iron-clad contract, a call center in another country and no easy way to end it? This is not that kind of subscription! As a small, family-owned business with a tiny but mighty team, we have devised our subscriptions to be as easy on our customers as possible. We appreciate you and just want to send you chocolate when you want it. If you ever have any issues or questions about your subscription, you can email us at: orders@xocolatlchocolate.com and we'll get to work on making sure you're happy. What else?

  • There is utterly no contract to sign, no obligation or time commitment you need to make--we just want to send you chocolate every month for as many months as you'd like us to! 
  • Once you purchase your subscription, you'll receive a confirmation email.
  • You'll also receive a courtesy email a few days before your monthly chocolate ships so that you know it's on its way! This courtesy email will also include instructions on how to pause or cancel your subscription if needed.
  • We will process your monthly subscription on the 1st of every month on the same card you use to begin your subscription.
  • We will ship your subscription box on the 2nd Monday of every month for as long as you keep your subscription active.
  • Each time you receive a box, you'll find printed instructions on how to pause or cancel your subscription and our contact information to make things as easy as possible for you.
  • Your monthly subscription will be on-going until one day, in the far distant future, you decide you've had enough craft chocolate! Can such a day exist?
