The Complete Georgia Collection

This 15 piece box of dark chocolate bonbons is our love letter to Georgia, its farmers and our fellow food producers. The set is composed of 3 pieces each of 5 flavored dark chocolate bonbons--all with a direct source connection to our state.

We created these flavors to highlight our favorite examples of Georgia agriculture and food production. After carefully sourcing our fresh flavor ingredients from across the state of Georgia, we add those flavors to our ganaches, fillings and caramels, then enrobe and mold each with our very own, Atlanta-made chocolate.

Awarded the 2026 "Best In Confections" award from the annual Flavors of Georgia food competition, this collection is a favorite among our customers (and a panel of judges) and is a delicious representation of Georgia and the positive impact of sourcing locally.

The Complete Georgia Collection contains 3 each of:

• Georgia Peach Tea & Cinnamon - This triple-layered confection, starting with an almond-milk white chocolate ganache infused with cinnamon, topped with a layer of peach fruit paste (made of fresh peaches from Pearson Farms & peach tea from Atlanta's Just Add Honey) and finally enrobed in our dark chocolate, will make you swoon.
• Coffee Lover - Rich, almond-milk chocolate ganache infused with direct-sourced coffee from our friends at Cafe Campesino in Americus and coated in our dark chocolate. Not too sweet, not too dark, just a balanced blend of black coffee and smooth chocolate for the serious coffee and chocolate lover.
• Blue Ridge Apple Cider Caramel - Fresh apples picked from the mountains of north Georgia, then transported to local farmers markets in Atlanta, are pressed into fresh apple cider and stirred into our house-made, dairy-free (and flavor-full) caramel. Encased in dark chocolate shells, these caramels are delightfully poppable and juicy. 
• Bourbon & Sea Salt - Taste award-winning, locally-distilled bourbon from our friends at American Spirit Works stirred into our rich, dairy-free (and flavor-full) house-made caramel! We finished the caramel with a touch of sea salt for depth and complexity before piping it into cubes of dark chocolate.
• Georgia Peanut Butter Cup - These peanuts are grown by the hard-working farmer members of the Georgia Organic Peanut Association, and then are ground into a smooth butter by Georgia Grinders which we sprinkle with the perfect amount of sea salt. When you taste this sweet and savory, fresh peanut butter piped into our dark chocolate, you'll never reach for another brand of chocolate peanut butter cups again.

All bonbons in this set are dairy-free, soy-free & vegan. If your recipient is not entirely plant-based, believe us when we say they won't notice the absence of dairy in these delicious chocolates! We use almond milk instead of dairy.

Because our chocolatiers are entrusted with the creative freedom to hand-decorate each bonbon, please expect variation in patterns and colors from what is shown in these particular photos. Each bonbon is carefully cut, enrobed, shaped, and decorated with colored cocoa butters and garnishes by hand, making each piece as delightful and unique as the person who will be enjoying them!
