A sampler of three single origin dark chocolate bars, all with different flavor profiles for the curious (and appreciative) dark chocolate lover. Each bar is made of only three ingredients—single source cacao, organic cocoa butter and just enough organic cane sugar to draw out the bar's flavor notes—however, each bar tastes distinctly unique from each other due to terroir, cacao variety, harvesting methods and the roast profiles we select for each cacao type.

Matagalpa, Nicaragua 72% - Shade-grown cacao from the highland forests surrounding Matagalpa. A deep cocoa body with subtle notes of flowers and brown fruits like dates, noticeable tannins and a creamy body.
Kilombero Valley, Tanzania 73% - Tanzanian cacao is known to be bright and fruity and this bar epitomizes that characterization. Flavor notes: berries, tropical fruits, tart cream.
Semuliki Forest, Uganda 75% - With low acidity, this high percentage bar is sweeter than a typical 75% and has a flavor profile of cinnamon, vanilla and cardamom.
