    Best Cacao Beans!

    These were great. I’m not sure if you’re supposed to eat cacao beans raw, or not. But, these taste good enough to eat right out of the bag. If you eat them raw, you can really tell if they are good quality, or not. And, these are definately good quality beans! Thanks Xocolatl!

    Yummy beans!

    I roasted these beans from Uganda and ground them into cacao drink. They have a brownie-like smell and a fruity, smooth taste.

    Hi Jesus,

    Yes! These are whole, raw cacao beans, and they include the shell. After you roast these in the oven, the shell, or husk, can be cracked and easily removed. The nibs inside the beans can be used to make chocolate. The husks can be used to make cacao tea or cold brew, or you can throw them in the compost.
